PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE
All of the prices on our website are in Euro.
For this reason during the payment process the amount the client is going to pay can changhe according to the change at that specific moment and bank commissions.
Fracap.it invites you to get the info you need for your transaction directly from your bank.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
PAYPAL
When the client select Paypal as a payment methid the client can pay using his Paypal account.
Fracap.it has the right to deliver the product at the address verified by Paypal.
Furthermore, Fracap.it can ask the Bank or Paypal to check the transaction in case of new clients. To do so, Fracap.it can contact directly the bank of the client too.
FRACAP.IT has the right to ask new clients to deliver the products to the billing address.
PRODUCTION
FRACAP.IT has no stock. So we need 5-10 working days to produce the goods.
We work from monday to friday. If a confirmation of payment is received in thursday, friday, saturday or monday, fracap.it is going to start producing the goods on next monday.
Fracap.it has the right to have longer production timing if the reasons don’t depend on Fracap.it
DELIVERY
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Delivery is free for every good you buy on fracap.it
Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and are not included in the overall shipping costs.
TIME OF DELIVERY
Fracap.it deliver the goods from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 11:00 am.
Fracap srl is not responsible for any delay concerning duty controls or any other reason out of Fracap srl responsibility.
TRACKING
Fracap.it send to the clients an e-mail with the tracking code of the good. So the client can control the status of his delivery.
In case of delay due to duty controls, the courier or Fracap.it are going to advise the client.
DELIVERY
The client is encouraged to carefully check the goods received before signing the receiving form.
If the box is not intact the client can refuse the delivery. If the client notice an illegal sign or the box is not intact, the client has to contact directly the courier or fracap.it
All of the clients that order a good from fracap.it sign a commercial agreement with fracap.it and they accept the good reception.
If the good can’t be delivered caouse of the client gave fracap.it wrong informations (wrong address, wrong number…) or if the client refuses the good, all of the delivery costs and duty costs will be detract from the refund fracp.it has to give the client.
RETURN
Since our products are custom-made and made-to-measure based on clients’ individual preferences, returns or refunds due to second thoughts are not envisaged. Potential returns or product replacements will have to be agreed in advance with the company.
